Fred Sirieix is First Dates host for Channel 4. He is also a maitre d’hotel from France and the former GM at Galvin at Windows in London’s Mayfair. Often referred to as the “Service Jedi” or “Service Guru”, Fred has been working in Hospitality for over 25 years. Another TV show Fred is known for was BBC’s My Million Pound Menu. This was a restaurant business investment reality game show.
He was co-host on BBC2’s Michel Roux’s Service.
Fred is passionate about customer service and in 2011 he launched The Art of Service board game. The game is designed for the hospitality industry, to help improve standards, increase profits and lift job satisfaction. Fred is an experienced trainer and coach.
