SpeakOut is one of the most trusted, experienced and exclusive speakers’ booking agencies, and we pride ourselves on supplying the top keynote speakers, celebrities, presenters, comedians and awards hosts for corporate events, conferences and private functions across the UK and internationally. Operating from offices in Scotland and London, SpeakOut has secured 10,000+ professional bookings over the years and is known for its personal service, industry knowledge and long-standing client relationships. SpeakOut is widely respected within the entertainment and speaker industry and is known for its reliable and professional approach.
In 2010, to represent the speaker and celebrity side of the business, Celebrity Entertainment Ltd and Speakout Celebrities and Presenters Ltd were merged to create SpeakOut. Both companies developed from the original business founded in 1985 by Kenny Donaldson. Kenny is one of the most trusted speaker and entertainment agents, built through his 41 years of experience and his Fellowship of The Entertainment Agents’ Association.
The company began as The Music Company, an entertainment agency licensed by the Department of Employment, supplying hotels and corporate clients with entertainment, sound, lighting and décor. In 1987, the agency was accepted into the Agents’ Association of Great Britain. As the business grew and diversified, the company became TMC and later TMC Corporate Events & Entertainment Ltd in 2000.
In 2005, the company expanded significantly into the speaker and celebrity market and was renamed Celebrity Entertainment Ltd, with Kenny remaining the owner of the SpeakOut brand and associated websites today.
Today, SpeakOut continues to excel as a speaker agency. In 2026, the agency has already claimed a plethora of awards, including the M&A Today Global, Global 100 and SME500 UK Awards for the Most Innovative Entertainment Company!

The agency is a leading supplier of Scottish talent, while also representing and sourcing thousands of keynote speakers, event hosts, comedians and entertainers for events across the UK and internationally. SpeakOut works with corporate events, conferences, awards ceremonies and private functions, providing experienced advice and speaker recommendations. The company is also a member of the European Association of Speaker Bureaux, reflecting its professional standards, industry reputation and long-standing commitment to the speakers and events industry.
The Future
SpeakOut’s focus for the future is continued growth in both the UK and international markets, with the aim of securing more global bookings for speakers, hosts and entertainers. The agency is also looking to develop more exclusive speaker partnerships, building on existing relationships with Laura Goodwin, Mike Stevenson and Jez Rose, and continuing to represent high-quality speakers. Another key goal is to increase the total number of bookings secured to 15,000, reflecting the company’s long-term growth and continued demand for professional speakers and event talent across corporate and private events worldwide.
