Miranda’s career in finance and banking spans over three decades across the private, public and third sectors. She was one of the first women of colour to work on the City of London trading floor, beginning as a teenager and rising through top financial institutions. She went on to become a senior financial executive, investment banker, hedge fund sales trader and international lawyer. Called to the Bar of England and Wales after completing an MBA in Strategic Management, she combines academic rigour with real-world experience. She has also served as a senior Visiting Fellow at Oxford University, where she led research on boardroom sustainability, inclusion and corporate governance, culminating in The Brawn Review.

Alongside her advisory work with boards, CEOs and organisations on strategy, governance and risk, Miranda hosts and produces The D.A.R.E. Podcast, featuring global leaders and high achievers. As a mindset coach, she applies neuroscience and the laws of attraction to help individuals and organisations perform at their best; her #The60SecondCoach initiative is one clear example of this in action.
