Michael Finnigan is a leading motivational speaker, author and coach. He has been transforming businesses, sporting teams and also individuals for more than 30 years.

Michael studied and was mentored for several years under the late great American philanthropist and businessman W Clement Stone. On completion of his study in psychological strategies to deliver personal change, Michael set out with one aim…to change millions of lives for the better.

Michael kicked off his career in developing and achieving peak performance, with scientific method and technique at its core. His first client came in the form of ‘The Whirlwind’, Jimmy White. This was at a time when Jimmy was battling several demons and needed serious help.

Jimmy needed to excel in his snooker career, be the best he could be, but also to live. Everton & Wigan:
Not long after, Michael found himself heavily involved in a successful 7 years at Everton FC. He also coached golfer, Darren Clarke to win The Open championship in 2011. Michael then worked behind the scenes with Wigan Athletic and their Spanish manager Roberto Martinez. Here in 2013, he helped them triumph over football giant Manchester City. Since then Michael Finnigan has had many more fantastic partnerships. These include, working with Freddie Flintoff, Phil Neville and the India Cricket Team. Also, the South Africa Cricket Team, South Sydney Rabbitohs and Bolton Wanderers.

In business, Michael also worked internationally for 27 years developing and transforming companies of all shapes and sizes to achieve their goals. A regular feature at many client conferences, Michael has travelled the world speaking to thousands of people. He has worked with Travel Counsellors, Vodafone, HSBC, Natwest and The British Army.
