Director & Owner of Quest Farm Supplies & Sought-After Keynote Speaker

Robbie Duncan was born and brought up in the town of Kilmarnock in Ayrshire. He went to Glasgow University where 30 years ago he graduated with a degree in Chemistry. Since then, Robbie has worked in the agricultural industry where he is the Director and owner of Quest Farm Supplies, working, helping and supplying Scottish farmers on a day to day basis.

A huge Killie (Kilmarnock FC) fan, Robbie himself was a keen footballer in his time. These days he is happy with his season ticket to Kilmarnock’s famous, Rugby Park.

Outside of football, Robbie likes a game of golf. He can often be found on the green at Barassie in Troon on the Ayrshire coast. Playing off a handicap of 7, he’s not too bad at it either.  Some might say, he is a bit of a fitness fanatic, as he also does cycling and running and is known to compete in the odd marathon.

Robbie also enjoys rugby and to some extent, this is where his speaking talents began to shine. For many years Robbie Duncan has hosted and spoken at the Sponsors lunches before every game at Ayr Rugby Club.  He has now become a regular speaker on the after dinner circuit. With his great humour and wit, Robbie is now asked to speak at all type of events all over the country.

Being an Ayrshire man, Robbie is also well versed in Burns. This too has seen him speak at Burns Suppers all over the UK. It’s not uncommon for Robbie to speak to as many as fifty suppers, every year.

Robbie still stays in Kilmarnock, is married to Karen and they have three sons.
