Email Agent of Nikki Lilly

Nikki Lilly, is a British charity campaigner, television presenter and digital creator who has become one of the UK’s most recognisable young voices on disability, facial difference and resilience. As a keynote speaker, she shares powerful personal experiences, and her biggest achievement includes becoming the youngest ever recipient of the BAFTA Special Award.

Nikki Lilly’s early life shaped the direction of her career and speaking work. She was born in London and diagnosed at the age of six with arteriovenous malformation, a rare medical condition that required multiple operations and long periods away from school. During this time, she began making YouTube videos at just eight years old, documenting her life, treatment and experiences of living with a visible difference. What began as a way to share her story and connect with others quickly developed into a platform focused on confidence, bullying awareness, mental health and self acceptance. These early experiences helped build her resilience and confidence in public speaking from a very young age.

Her media career developed rapidly alongside her advocacy work. Nikki won Junior Bake Off in 2016, which introduced her to a national television audience, and she later presented her own CBBC interview series where she spoke with major public figures including politicians and athletes. Her documentary work led to international recognition, including winning an International Emmy Kids Award, and she also received the Pride of Britain Child of Courage Award. Over time, she expanded into modelling and fashion, walking at Paris Fashion Week and working with major global brands, while continuing her charity work through The Butterfly AVM Charity and her role supporting Face Equality International. In 2025, she also spoke at the United Nations Human Rights Council, further establishing her as an international campaigner and youth voice.

As a keynote speaker, Nikki Lilly speaks about resilience, confidence, visible difference, social media, mental health, anti bullying and turning adversity into opportunity. Her talks are particularly powerful for schools, universities, healthcare organisations, charities and corporate audiences focusing on diversity and inclusion. She combines personal storytelling with practical lessons on confidence, online platforms and overcoming challenges, making her talks relatable and impactful for both young people and professionals. Event organisers book Nikki because she brings authenticity, honesty and a unique perspective on resilience, representation and confidence, leaving audiences with a clear message about acceptance, self belief and using your voice to create positive change.
