Kylie Reid is a host, moderator, interviewer, event MC and Founder of egg, one of Scotland’s largest and most influential communities for women. Kylie’s career began in the commercial sector, where she developed extensive expertise in sales, account management and business development. After graduating from Queen Margaret University with a degree in Applied Food Science with Marketing, she held a series of commercial leadership roles with organisations including Cadbury Schweppes, Nestlé, Corum Estate Agents, Lightbody Ventures, Morphsuits.com and Cheeky Chompers. These positions provided valuable experience in relationship management, brand development and strategic growth. Her entrepreneurial ambitions eventually led her to establish egg in 2017, creating a platform dedicated to supporting, connecting and championing ambitious women in business.

Under Kylie’s leadership as Founder of egg, the organisation has grown into one of the UK’s most trusted communities for women. She has built a network reaching more than 200,000 women, created a directory showcasing over 1,500 women-led businesses and launched Scotland’s first women-only co-working space with childcare facilities. Kylie is also the creator and host of the annual Women on Top Summit, one of Scotland’s largest events for women in business, attracting hundreds of delegates and leading industry speakers each year.
