Aquayemi-Claude G. Akinsanya is an award-recognised campaigner, social entrepreneur, community leader and keynote speaker who is helping organisations rethink neurodiversity, inclusion, sustainability and social impact through the lens of lived experience. As Community Lead at The ONE Campaign, the global advocacy organisation dedicated to ending extreme poverty and preventable disease, he works with supporters, partners and influencers across the UK to drive meaningful change. Alongside his advocacy work, Aquayemi-Claude is a founder, author, podcast host and advisor whose expertise spans neurodiversity, disability inclusion, ESG, entrepreneurship and climate action. His ability to combine personal experience with practical solutions has established him as a compelling voice on some of society’s most pressing challenges.

Aquayemi-Claude’s journey into advocacy was shaped by his own experiences within the UK’s education system, where he was denied Special Educational Needs provision as a young person. Determined to create change for others facing similar barriers, he founded The Claudes SEN Law Campaign, an initiative calling on Parliament to reform Special Educational Needs legislation and improve support for neurodivergent individuals. Alongside his campaigning work, he established Garnetts Clothing Brand & Range, a sustainability-focused fashion venture that reflects his commitment to responsible business and environmental awareness. As his influence grew, he expanded his work into community engagement, public speaking, media, mentoring and social entrepreneurship, eventually joining The ONE Campaign, where he now leads community engagement initiatives and advocacy programmes across the UK.

Throughout his career, Aquayemi-Claude has gained recognition for his contributions to inclusion, sustainability and youth leadership. He was nominated for Forbes Under 30 in 2024 and is a member of ForbesBLK, a global community of Black entrepreneurs, leaders and changemakers. In 2026, he was selected as a jury member for the Effie Awards Europe, reflecting his growing influence within the marketing and brand sector. He has also spoken at major events, including YOUNITE 2024, where he addressed audiences on United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 10, Reduced Inequalities. In addition, he is the author of ‘The Truth Behind Self Isolation and this Crazy Climate of Lockdown’ and host of the Shinespot Light Cultivating Awareness Podcast.

Today, Aquayemi-Claude continues to champion greater inclusion, accessibility and sustainability through advocacy, entrepreneurship and public engagement. Whether speaking to corporate leaders, policymakers, educators or young professionals, he brings authenticity, credibility and practical insight to every conversation. His unique combination of Trustee and governance experience, campaign leadership, and international sustainability advocacy enables him to challenge assumptions, inspire action and help organisations build cultures where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
