Asif Sadiq has over fifteen year’s global experience in his impressive industry. He has worked in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. Asif is a multi award winning diversity and inclusion expert who has seen significant success in achieving strategic and operational targets. Asif Sadiq currently works at Warner Bros. Discovery. He is their Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer.
Asif is also a Director at The WICT Network who’s mission is to create women leaders who transform the media, entertainment and technology industry.
He is a former Head of Diversity and Inclusiveness for EY Financial Services.
Asif Sadiq spent ten years with the City of London Police as their Head of Equality, Diversity and also their Human Rights Unit. During this time Asif Sadiq worked with a variety of police units. These included Counter-Terrorism and Economic Crime. Also the CID and Community Policing. He retains the title, Special Sergeant and was awarded an MBE for services to Policing and the Communities.
Moving from his position as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for The Telegraph Media Group in 2020, Asif Sadiq was appointed as Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact for global sports brand Adidas.
In 2023 Asif Sadiq MBE received an Honorary Doctorate. This was from The Open University and it was in recognition of his innovative and socially responsible business developments. The Doctorate was also for his exceptional contributions in the field of diversity, inclusion and belonging globally.
