Helen Fospero became a well known face in the UK when she presented the news on GMTV. She started in 2009 but Helen had previously worked for GMTV in 1997 as a showbiz presenter, ending up in 2000 as their Washington correspondent based in New York. These days Helen can be seen reporting for BBC’s The One Show. She also appears on TV game shows like C4’s Countdown and BBC2’s Egghead.
She currently spends her time between New York and London.
Sky television was where it all started, when she was taken on as one of the first journalists to join Sky in the late 80’s. Since then, Helen has regularly worked presenting with the BBC, Sky and Five News.
In 2014 Helen Fospero joined Watchdog as a reporter and a year later she joined Countdown in the Dictionary Corner which she did for 40 episodes over 5 years. She remains a regular reporter on both BBC’s The One Show and Watchdog.
