Email Agent of Sir Jason Kenny

Jason Kenny is Britain’s most decorated Olympic cyclist, with an unparalleled record of success on the world stage. Specialising in sprint and team sprint events, he has secured multiple gold medals across four Olympic Games, cementing his legacy as one of the greatest track cyclists in history. From his breakthrough at Beijing 2008 to triumphant performances in London 2012 and Rio 2016, Jason has consistently delivered under pressure. Today, he is equally renowned as an inspiring motivational speaker, sharing powerful lessons on resilience, determination, and the pursuit of excellence with audiences worldwide.

Jason’s Olympic journey began in 2008 at the Beijing Games, where he won gold in the team sprint alongside Chris Hoy and Jamie Staff, and silver in the individual sprint. At London 2012, he repeated his team sprint success and added gold in the individual sprint. At Rio 2016, Jason achieved a career-defining performance with three gold medals in the team sprint, individual sprint, and keirin. At the Tokyo Olympics, he added silver in the team sprint and a record-breaking seventh Olympic gold in the keirin. At the end of his Olympic career, Jason holds a total of seven gold medals and two silver.

Following his retirement in 2022, Jason transitioned into coaching, becoming Men’s Sprint Coach for the Great Britain Cycling Team. In this role, he leads the men’s sprint squad, guiding them through training and preparation for major competitions such as World Championships and the Olympic Games. Based at the HSBC UK British Cycling Centre in Manchester, he is responsible for developing riders at the elite level, ensuring Britain maintains its dominance in sprint cycling.

Alongside coaching, Jason contributes to sports development initiatives, mentors emerging talent, and works as a speaker and ambassador, promoting both cycling and wider participation in sport. Recognised nationally, he was awarded a CBE in 2017 and knighted in 2022.

Jason has appeared widely across the media, including interviews on BBC Sport, ITV, and Sky Sports, as well as features in The Guardian, The Times, and Cycling Weekly. He co-authored the book ‘The Inside Track’  with his wife, Dame Laura Kenny, offering a behind-the-scenes view of their lives as Olympic champions. Jason has also been a familiar face on BBC Olympic coverage, providing expert analysis and commentary.

Jason is not only Britain’s most decorated Olympic cyclist but also an engaging and insightful speaker who connects powerfully with audiences. His story of sustained success across four Olympic Games demonstrates resilience, determination, and an ability to perform under immense pressure. Jason draws on these experiences to deliver talks that resonate with businesses, schools, and organisations seeking lessons in leadership, teamwork, and high performance.
