Lord John Taylor is a trailblazing political and legal figure with a career that spans government, law, business, and media. Known for being one of the youngest and only Black peers appointed to the House of Lords, John has broken barriers and influenced policy at the highest levels. John’s influence in politics and law began with his election as a local councillor, eventually becoming the Conservative MP for St Alphege in 1985.
