Email Agent of Louise Hill

Louise Hill is the founder and Executive Chair of GoHenry, the pioneering financial technology company helping children develop lifelong money management skills through its prepaid debit card and educational app. With over 500,000 customers and 250 staff, the company has served over 2 million young people. One of the UK’s most respected fintech entrepreneurs, Louise has transformed a simple idea into an internationally recognised business while becoming a leading campaigner for financial education. Her work has influenced government policy, helping secure the introduction of financial education into England’s primary school curriculum from 2028. Combining entrepreneurial success with a passion for social impact, Louise is regularly sought after to share her expertise on leadership, innovation, financial literacy, and scaling purpose-driven businesses.

Louise began her career as Operations Manager at Alexander Proudfoot before strengthening her commercial expertise as a Business Analyst for The Innovations Group and Debenhams. She progressed into senior operational leadership roles with Scotts of Stow, The Cotswold Company, and Findel Direct, overseeing customer service, warehousing, and multi-brand retail operations. She later joined the Borough of Poole as Transformation Project Lead, where she delivered significant organisational change and operational efficiencies. In 2012, Louise co-founded GoHenry after recognising the growing need for children to learn how to manage money in an increasingly digital world. The business expanded rapidly, growing from zero to £95m in revenue and over £90 in ARR, entering the US market, acquiring French fintech PixPay, and merging with Acorns in 2023 to create a global financial education platform. Alongside her role as Executive Chair of GoHenry, Louise serves on Innovate Finance’s Unicorn Council for UK FinTech and is a Board Advisor for The Payments Association and JPMorganChase FinTech Forward programme, helping shape the future of financial services.

Louise has earned widespread recognition as one of Britain’s leading female fintech founders. She was named among CrowdCube’s top female fundraisers after GoHenry raised more than $136 million to fuel its growth. Louise also won the Leadership in Financial Literacy and Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2024 City AM Dragon Awards, was named City of London Entrepreneur of the Year 2024, Women in Tech – Woman of the Year 2023 and City AM Entrepreneur of the Year 2023, and GoHenry won the Better Society Tech for Good award, the Best Children’s Financial Provider Award at the British Bank Awards, the Finder Provider of the Year Award for Best Kids’ Card Provider for two consecutive years, and the FinTech Breakthrough Award for Best Financial Education Platform. GoHenry also ranked at #38 in Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces in the UK. Her expertise has been featured across television, radio, podcasts, and digital media, including regular appearances on BBC platforms discussing financial education. In 2025, she appeared as an expert judge on The Apprentice, reflecting her authority within fintech and children’s banking. Louise has also been invited to provide evidence to the Women and Equalities Committee on female entrepreneurship and continues to mentor women building high-growth businesses.

Beyond business, Louise remains committed to improving financial confidence for future generations. She regularly engages with policymakers at Downing Street and the House of Commons to advocate for stronger financial education, while supporting UK start-ups and mentoring female founders. Her ability to combine commercial success with meaningful social impact has established her as one of the UK’s most influential voices on entrepreneurship, innovation, and financial wellbeing. Through her work, Louise continues to inspire business leaders, educators, and entrepreneurs to build organisations that create lasting positive change.

Louise Hill is hired as a speaker for her unique combination of entrepreneurial achievement, operational leadership, and commitment to creating social impact. Having built GoHenry into a globally recognised fintech business, she delivers practical insights into innovation, scaling organisations, resilience, and purpose led leadership. Louise also shares her experience influencing government policy and transforming financial education for future generations. Her appearances as an expert judge on The Apprentice, alongside keynote presentations for major business and fintech events, demonstrate her ability to engage audiences with actionable advice, authentic leadership lessons, and inspiring stories of entrepreneurial success.
