Martin Roberts is the property expert and TV presenter of ‘Homes under the Hammer‘, the BBC’s top rated day time show with almost two million viewers. It is now in its 21st series.
Martin is one of the UK’s most respected Property, Travel and also Lifestyle TV presenters, journalists and Authors. Over the past 20 plus years Martin Roberts has appeared on BBC TV and Radio, ITV, CNN and SKY TV. He was a regular presenter for eight years on ITV’s top rated travel show ‘Wish You Were Here’. Martin was also the travel editor of ‘Woman’ magazine for 15 years. In 2016 Martin started presenting a property show on Talk Radio. This was broadcast weekly from his treehouse at Martin’s house in Bath.
Martin did a spell in the jungle when in 2016 he to take part in I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!. He arrived on day 5 after the main contestants had been installed and left on day 12, finishing in 6th place.
On top of Martin’s presenting on radio and TV, he has published a number of books. These include his 2019 book, Making Money from Property and The Property Auction Guide which was published in 2017 . He has also written travelling books and also a children’s book series.
