Paul has spoken  in over 40 countries across five continents. A visiting Professor at the University of Chester, he has the unique ability to communicate ideas in an easily accessible and relatable way.

Paul McGee has worked with global brands including Harrods, GSK, Dyson, Adidas, Lloyds Bank, Virgin, The NHS and Manchester City Football Club (although he supports Wigan Athletic!)

With a back story that includes a background in behavioural and social psychology, Paul McGee has worked in HR with a multinational organisation and seen his world turn upside down when he became ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in his mid twenties. Unable to secure employment during his recovery, he established his own business in the early nineties.

Working predominantly as a speaker and coach, he also found time to write thirteen books, many of which became bestsellers including ‘How Not to Worry’, ‘Self Confidence’, ‘How to Succeed With People’ and his book for young people, ‘YESSS!’. His inspirational book SUMO, besides being an international bestseller, also became a Sunday Times bestseller in the UK.

Paul McGee’s areas of expertise are in topics related to change, resilience and wellbeing, inspiring leadership and communicating with influence and impact.

In his spare time, Paul McGee enjoys watching Wigan Athletic, visiting Comedy Clubs and enjoying nature, preferably when the sun is shining.
