Co-Presenter of Channel 4’s ‘Location, Location, Location’ & ‘Relocation, Relocation’

When Phil Spencer and his co-presenter and business partner Kirstie Allsopp are not running Raise the Roof Productions, their highly successful independent production company, Phil co-presents presents the Channel 4 property series Location, Location, Location which has been running for over 20 years. Versions of the show have since appeared in Australia and Denmark.

Following the success of the show, spin-offs followed. Relocation, Relocation (which was dubbed in Italian to be shown in Italy) and Location Revisited. There was also a special Location on first time buyers.

In 2015 Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp appeared again on TV with Kirstie and Phil’s Love It or List It. This was a spin off from the Canadian TV programme that first aired in 2008. The format was where the house owners had decided to possibly move.  Kirstie would look at changing the house and make it loveable again where Phil would show the owners new properties, tempting them to list it and move on.   The show is now in it’s seventh series.
