Pippa began her academic journey with a BSc in Sports Science and Psychology at Loughborough University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Communication and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. In 2005, she became Manager of Psychology Services at the AFL Players Association, later progressing to General Manager of Culture and Leadership. During this period, she also completed her Doctorate of Applied Psychology at Victoria University, specialising in culture, leadership, and ethics.

In 2010, Pippa transitioned into the corporate sector as General Manager of People & Culture for the Cotton On Group. By 2016, she had been promoted to General Manager of Culture, Leadership & Ethics, overseeing organisational culture for a global brand with operations in 16 countries. Alongside this role, she founded Bluestone Edge in 2011, a consultancy dedicated to culture, psychology, and leadership development for elite sports teams and international businesses.
