Kenny Donaldson is the Founder and Head of Entertainment and Keynote Talks at SpeakOut, with a career in the entertainment industry spanning four decades. He founded SpeakOut in 1985 under the original name The Music Company, an entertainment agency that provided hotels and corporate clients with a full range of entertainment, as well as sound, lighting and décor services. The company quickly built a strong reputation within the corporate events market and became a trusted supplier across the UK.For 11 years, Kenny worked as the personal manager to Jez Rose, developing talent and managing appearances, media and live engagements. From The Music Company, TMC Corporate Events & Entertainment Ltd was later formed, which eventually evolved into Celebrity Entertainment Ltd, with Kenny as owner, continuing to expand into corporate entertainment and celebrity bookings.Since 2004, Kenny has been the personal manager to Laura Goodwin and Mike Stevenson, supporting their speaking careers and event appearances. In 2025, Kenny stepped down as the Managing Director of SpeakOut to focus fully on entertainment and keynote talks, where his experience and industry knowledge remain invaluable. In recognition of his contribution to the industry, Kenny was awarded Fellowship of The Agents’ Association. At SpeakOut, Kenny is the resident specialist in hiring comedians, conference and awards hosts, and Scottish talent, including Scottish comedians, after dinner speakers and experienced hosts for corporate and industry events nationwide.In the last 40 years, Kenny has worked with many of the World’s top keynote speakers.
