Comedian, Actor, TV Presenter, Hosted the Breakfast Show on Manchester’s XFM Radio & Team Captain on ‘8 Out Of 10 Cats’

Jason Manford, comedian, actor and television presenter who began his career in 1999. He worked in a comedy club collecting the glasses when the act booked for the evening didn’t turn up. Jason, who was just seventeen at the time decided to get on the stage and stand in. This was the beginning of a hugely successful career in comedy.

Not long after, he was crowned The City Life North West Comedian of the Year. He then got a job doing the breakfast show on Manchester’s Xfm radio which he held until 2008.

It was 2007 when Jason Manford comedian appeared on television. That was the time he replaced Dave Spikey as the new team captain on 8 out of 10 Cats. Jason also did his own show which aired every Monday to Friday and was called ‘Tonightly’.

Radio beckoned again and in 2016 Jason was spinning the vinyl every Sunday at 8am on Absolute Radio. Almost ten years now and he’s still at it.

2022 saw Jason finally back on the road with his LIKE ME tour. Because of a number of rescheduled dates from 2020/21 the tour ran right through till late November.
