Hannah Shellswell is a respected broadcaster, presenter and media trainer, best known for her extensive career with ITV and for founding Boost, a presentation and media training organisation that helps professionals communicate with confidence and impact. Hannah’s career began after developing a passion for media and communications, laying the foundations for a lifelong commitment to effective storytelling. She joined ITV Channel Islands as a presenter and producer, gaining invaluable experience in live broadcasting, journalism and content production. As her career progressed, she became a presenter at ITV News before taking on the role of presenter and features correspondent for ITV, where she built a reputation for delivering compelling stories with professionalism, confidence and authenticity. Alongside her broadcasting work, Hannah also became an Associate Lecturer in Media at Highlands College, sharing her industry expertise with aspiring media professionals. Building on her success in television, Hannah expanded into creative leadership and business. She became Creative Director of Freedom Media Jersey, while also presenting the adventure sports programme produced by Dream Team TV for Channel 4, demonstrating her versatility across a wide range of broadcasting formats. She later became a presenter for IBCTV at IBC, one of the media and technology industry’s leading international events, before taking on the role of Managing Director of Boom.je In 2023, Hannah founded Boost, where she now helps business leaders, executives and organisations strengthen their presentation, media and communication skills. Her current work provides audiences with practical insights into leadership, confidence, storytelling and effective public speaking, all informed by decades of experience in front of the camera and on stage.
